How it all began

One summer night in 2014, Kevin and Jenny were introduced by mutual friends in Chelsea, Manhattan. At the time, she had just finished a semester at NYU and he was working in management consulting. The pair naturally became friends, but a relationship didn’t develop until two years later when a hike gave them the opportunity to spend more time together. For their first date, they visited an Italian restaurant in Nolita and shared an enormous ribeye for two.
The two seemingly contrast each other in various ways – their personalities, how they think, the way they see the world. Over the years, these differences have been complementary and resulted in growth for them both. They share many strong fundamental values that have allowed them to build a life with each other and enjoy the day-to-day.
Over five years, Kevin and Jenny have gotten an apartment together in New York and shared adventures in Austria, Hungary, Denmark, Portugal, Morocco, France, Germany, Spain, and the Caribbean. They find themselves the most content at home, and Jenny likes to describe their life together as an “endless sleepover” with her best friend.
After getting vaccinated, Kevin and Jenny took their first trip to the Virgin Islands for a getaway to nature. One morning, the two hiked through a tropical forest inside the island’s national park. As the trees thinned and the sun filtered into a natural clearing along the path, Kevin got down on one knee and pulled out a ring. It was the easiest (and most emotional) yes! The two celebrated with a sailing trip, followed by an enormous Caribbean lobster feast that evening.
Kevin and Jenny chose Mallorca as their wedding destination because they want to offer their loved ones a memory that also doubles as a classic Mediterranean vacation. Mallorca holds a special place in their hearts. They fell in love with this island in 2019 – with turquoise waters, lush greens, grand mountains and a vibrant artist culture, there’s something for every type of traveler to enjoy.
